Welcome to MB ALFA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MB ALFA hospitality payment and management platform, including any associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that may be posted on the Service from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or, if applicable, the business or entity you represent.

3.1. Account Creation

5.3. Billing and Cancellation

If you subscribe to recurring services, your account will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.1. Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations—are the exclusive property of MB ALFA or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software.

7.1. Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

7.2. Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and that it will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and those parties, and you agree that MB ALFA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from those interactions.

9.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MB ALFA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MB ALFA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Egypt or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms.
