How do I manage several branches from one system?
MB ALFA gives each branch its own tills, stock, staff, shifts and pricing, while an owner sees one branch or every branch combined from a single login. Stock transfers move inventory between branches with a full audit trail, and every report — sales, cost of goods, staffing, net profit — can be run per branch or consolidated. There is no separate installation or database per location to reconcile.
The failure mode with multi-branch setups is usually reporting rather than operations: each branch runs fine, but the group-level number is assembled by exporting spreadsheets. Check that consolidated reporting is a live view, not a monthly export.
Also check how a branch behaves when head office is unreachable. Branches should be independent at the till and dependent only for group-level reporting.
