MB ALFA keeps selling with the internet completely down. Each till holds a full local database, so orders, receipts, split bills and shift close-out all work offline and sync in order when the connection returns.

One cashier screen covers dine-in, takeaway, delivery and online orders, with split bills by item or by quantity, multiple payment methods, and returns, refunds and replacements handled in the same flow.

Shifts open and close with a full cash reconciliation, and the shift report accounts for expenses, cost of goods, staff advances, pay-later tabs, supplier payments and adjustments — not just gross sales.

It runs on hardware you already own — an Android tablet, an iPad, a Windows PC, a Mac, or a browser — and drives standard thermal printers over USB, network or Bluetooth. No proprietary terminal.
